Following the financial crisis in 2008, the quality of outsourced relationships in the institutional investment arena were tested.

There were many lessons to be learned on how service providers might better anticipate changing client demands in an extremely dynamic environment. “Trust” is a key ingredient in retaining a client relationship and it requires continuous attention and monitoring. Based on leading academic research and empirical evidence in working with its own clients in selecting and evaluating outsourced service providers for institutional investors, Avida International has developed a proprietary tool to monitor and improve your investment governance.
