Dongbai Wang

Dongbai Wang holds more than 20 years of financial services sector experience in private markets investment management, asset and wealth management and investment banking with Adams Street Partners, Deutsche Asset Management, UBS Wealth Management and ABN AMRO Bank. She possesses deep insight and an extensive network in the private markets investment management space and has worked with GPs, institutional investors and family offices in Europe, Asia and the US. 

Before launching her advisory practice, Dongbai was an Executive Director in Private Markets with UBS Wealth Management. Prior to that, she served as Co-Head Primary Investments for Deutsche Asset Management’s private equity business in APAC where she was instrumental in growing the platform’s franchise. Previously, she was a senior member and Principal with Adams Street Partners, one of the industry's most respected and experienced global private markets investment managers. Dongbai transitioned into investment management after over eight years in investment banking with ABN AMRO/ABN AMRO Rothschild based in Amsterdam, London, Shanghai and Hong Kong.   

Dongbai holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Washington D.C., U.S.A.
