Helping the Client:

One of the things I do for clients is help evaluate their positions in the European institutional market. Using interviews with portfolio managers, I evaluate the fit of the product or service and the ‘sales story’ for various different customers. Doing this involve various peer group comparisons, checking visibility and reputation in the market and narrowing down the product range to focus on developing a new story which aligns with the client’s future needs.

These evaluations give the client a framework to transform their sales strategy and focus on key products which fit the changing demands of the market. We open doors to future projects and demonstrate our capability to advise assets managers in the institutional market.
